Hello!

The children have been busy exploring their new classroom.  I believe it is important that children are given the freedom to explore their indoor and outdoor environments in a nurturing and safe classroom. 

Throughout the year we will be exploring the great outdoors. I encourage you to go outdoors and explore during the year. We also enjoy it when you send items in for the children to see and touch.  When children are exploring their environment, they are building their knowledge.  They are also learning from their mistakes and errors.  Children are also allowed to get messy and dirty while they are playing so please have your child wear play clothes to school.

It is a necessity to have an extra set of clothes for your child at all times.
